Commission Info
TOS and other such things
General Information:
- Standard canvas sizes are:
- 2500 x 3125 px (350 dpi)
- 2500 x 2500 px (350 dpi)
- Inform me ahead of time if you want a different sizing.
- Monitor calibration can and will heavily affect my coloring so
feedback regarding color especially will be very important.
- Turnaround depends on complexity and my schedule but is usually around 1-5 weeks.
- Sketch and description of what you want will be asked for, no you cannot tell me to just do whatever I want.
Terms of Service:
I. General
1. By ordering a commission from me (the artist) means that you (the client) agree to these terms and to the conditions detailed in the Terms of Service.
2. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any or no reason.
3. I reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any point.
4. Commissions are beholden only to the terms and conditions set at the time of its negotiation and alterations made after do not apply to it.
5. You (the client) understand that commission/s are digital only and that no physical copies will be given courtesy of me (the artist).
II. Payment and Refunds
1. No cryptocurrency (Etherium, Bitcoin, etc.) will be used in the payment of commissions.
2. Order of commissions are done by a first-come, first-serve basis.
3. A 50% deposit must be made after negotiation, no further work (sketching, lineart, etc.) will be made until after it has been paid, failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the commission. The rest of the payment must be paid upon completion of the commission.
4. Minor corrections (detailed below) after submission of the final artwork are free and unlimited until I refuse to correct any further, any further corrections will cost $5.
5. Major corrections (detailed below) after submission of the final artwork will cost $10-$20 depending on complexity.
6. If no work has been started but a refund has been requested the client will get a full refund. If work has been delivered incomplete but has been refunded by the client a refund of up to 50% may be given depending on time and effort spent. If the work has been completed but the client is for whatever reason unhappy with the result no refunds will be given.
III. Revisions and Deadlines
1. Minor revisions include but are not limited to minor mistakes such as eye color, skin color, hair texture, easily correctable (such as with a magic wand tool or a quick redraw of a small area) poses, etc.
2. Major revisions include but are not limited to changing shading style, changing the clothes of a particular character, changing the perspective of one character, anything that takes an hour or more to redo, etc.
3. Any deadline must be communicated and agreed upon during negotiation.
4. Works in progress can be provided through either email or through direct messages in social media according to the client’s choice.
IV. Image Rights
1. As the artist I:
1.a. retain redistribution rights to the commission even if it was cancelled/refunded and am allowed to do the following:
- Display it and its parts anywhere I wish such as on a portfolio, social media, etc.
- Use it to promote myself.
- Talk about it and its parts in detail.
- Claim that I created it.
- Print it.
1.b. am not allowed to:
- Use it for commercial purposes for anything outside of the client.
-Claim ownership of the character.
2. As the client you:
2.a. retain limited redistribution rights to the finalized commission and are allowed to do the following:
- Display it and its parts anywhere you wish such as on a portfolio, social media, etc. with proper credit and a link to either my social medias or to my commission sites.
- Use it to promote your work.
- Talk about it and its parts in detail.
- Change certain aspects of it.
- Print it.
- Use it for personal purposes.
2.b. are not allowed to do the following:
- Use it for commercial purposes.
- Claim that you created it.
- Use it for data/machine training of A.I., etc.
- Use it for political or hateful purposes.
3. I (the artist) do not claim reponsibility of what you (the client) do with the commission.

*Gore defined as art depicting a character’s internal organs (intestines, heart, bones, etc.) or as art depicting a character’s external organs (eyes, tongue, skin, etc.) in a grotesque way.

***Child defined as those below 13 years old.
****CTCS (Child-Targetting Content Source) defined as media rated G, PG, or any such equivalents.
